• Graduates of Business Administration, Economics or other related departments
• 2-4 years work experience in a similar position
• Finance & Accounting Knowledge
• Good command of written and verbal English
• Strong knowledge in Excel
• SAP knowledge is an asset
• Excellent communication skills

• Analytical mindset

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a “Accounting Specialist” to be a member of our Accounting Department.

• Preparation of month-end close journal entries, posting the journals into SAP
• Booking of AP invoices (Import, Stock and Customs)
• Following Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Maintaining the prebate renewal file and providing necessary monthly postings
• Reconciliation of current accounts with domestic vendors
• Control and posting of the employee expenses
• Take an active role in the month end closing processes
• Support AR related activities
• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting
