• University degree in Mechanical, Electrics & Electronics Engineering departments
• Min. 5 years of experience in similar role
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of PC and MS Office applications
• Ability to lead teams
• Ability to work as a self-motivated team member
• Strong problem solving and result orientation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Resident in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Izmit
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates

  We are looking for a "Maintenance Leader" for our plant in Gebze, Kocaeli.

  Plant Maintenance Leader is responsible for:

• Leading mechanic/electrical team in the factory
• Developing preventive maintenance plans to support continuous production
• Analyzing root-causes of equipment failures and take corrective actions to eliminate breakdowns
• Support daily production and participate actively in meetings
• Develope and execute work plans to achieve plant KPI’s-Downtime,OEE,PM completion%
• Manage and track the maintenance budget
• Ensuring that health, safety and environmental standards are implemented consistently
• Supporting investment projects and leading new equipment commissioning and start-up stages
• Imlementing TPM and organizing training activities of blue-collar workers
• Supporting continuous improvement projects to eliminate losses and to increase machine efficiencies and implementing 5S in his area of responsibility
• Ensuring that all activities in the department (including contractors and 3rd parties) are in line with GMP and EHS requirements
