QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator. The candidate is asked to play a crucial role in coordinating the sales team, managing important documents, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English language skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and a proactive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications or related fields of universities, background in accounting is a competitive plus.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in similar job,

  • Having a similar role experience in a Pharma company, knowing about Pharma sector is a competitive plus, 

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,  proficiency in accounting softwares both in English is required,

  • Excellent  knowledge of Microsoft Office, Logo and other inner accounting programs,

  • Ability to work on visual charts about the recent status,

  • Excellent  analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, having ability to establish good working relationships with internal and external colleagues,

  • Demonstrated pro-activity in solving financial, accounting problems, strong multitasking skills as a team worker,

  • Highly  skilled at reporting and presentations, being presentable is a must,

  • No military obligation for male candidates,

    Job Description:

  • Coordinate the schedules of the sales team, ensuring efficient time management and maximizing productivity.

  • Manage and maintain important documents, including contracts, sales reports, and customer records.

  • Respond to customer complaints promptly and provide after-sales support as required.

  • Store and organize financial and non-financial data in electronic form, and generate accurate reports as needed.

  • Process all orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Proactively inform clients of any unforeseen delays or problems, offering solutions and maintaining positive relationships.

  • Undertake receptionist and clerical duties at the main entrance, serving as the welcoming "face" of our company to all visitors.

  • Ensure a professional and inviting environment at the front desk, creating a positive first impression for all guests.

  • Assist with sales administration tasks as needed, including data entry, preparing sales materials, and updating customer databases.

  • Possess a valid driver's license and ability to drive, as occasional travel may be required.

  • Communicate relevant information to the sales team, ensuring effective internal communication.
