We are looking for a person to our team who will manage marketing automation systems (HubSpot), analyze and optimize marketing activities and implement inbound marketing processes on our platforms around the world

You will;

• focus on extensive reporting and propose new inbound marketing solutions and implemented the best practice in other countries

• take care of the proper operation of marketing automation systems (proper interaction of HubSpot systems with the backend, data hygiene of cooperating systems)

• analyze and create the rules of marketing automation

• write content to attract a target audience and distribute it on available channels. 

• check and optimize the effectiveness of various marketing activities 

• study the influence of external factors on user behavior

• develops new ideas and strategies to generate leads. 

Requirements

If you;

• have experience in the use of marketing automation systems and inbound marketing activities.  

• have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a problem-solving mindset. 

• enjoy writing content such as email, blog etc.  

• are comfortable in using MS Excel and Google Sheets

• have the ability to identify benchmarks and KPIs for growth. 

• speak high level of English

• understand "the big picture", but you can also see details that others don't

• are proactively looking for new ways to do things that nobody does

• can come up with concepts to test your ideas

• turn chaos into order;)
