GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from the relevant departments of universities (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Labor Economics, Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering),

At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management
Fluent in English and actively using it,

Having knowledge and experience in payroll, personnel affairs, and SGK applications,

Having knowledge of Labor Law No. 4857, SSI, İŞ-KUR, E-Declaration, incentive practices, and other labor legislation,

Experienced in all legislation and practices related to Occupational Health and Safety,

Established systems and managed change processes in the fields of Recruitment, Remuneration, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Career Management,

Human Resources Management; Experienced in budget, reporting, and KPI studies,

Able to take initiative and ??responsibility,

Experienced in team management

Proficient in using MS Office programs,

Strong ability to plan, analyze and report

Strong representative ability and prone to teamwork,

Preferably used the Uyumsoft program and commissioned HR modules,

Preferably experience in Turquality procedures,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Management of all processes related to the company's Human Resources (employment planning, Head Hunting and Recruitment, job analysis, wage management, performance management, career planning and backup, rewarding, training and development, employee satisfaction, industrial relations, etc.) in line with company policies and strategies, and development,

Leading the creation of corporate culture; Carrying out studies to make employees adopt corporate values, the company's mission and vision, ethical principles, and leadership competencies,

Ensuring the implementation of HR strategies and policies and updating them within the framework of needs,

Following the legislation regulating working life, informing managers and employees about new regulations and changes,

Managing the training system within the framework of the company's organizational development needs and priorities and ensuring the implementation of continuous training and development programs,

Creation and follow-up of personnel budgets,

Establishing and keeping up-to-date procedures related to the department,

Making reports about the department,

Supporting project-based works in the company,

Determining the issues of authorization and responsibility in relation to the organizational chart and ensuring the creation of job descriptions.
