QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from related departments of universities, (Business Administation, Foreign Trade, etc.)

• Advanced level of English,

• Min. 3 years experienced,

• To have information about Customs Clearance, Logistics, Fair Shipment and Inward Processing Permit and its applications,

• Dominate the Free Zone Legislation,

• Having knowledge about reading and opening letters of credit,

• Proficiency in MS Office applications,

• Preferably have information about ERP program,

• Analytical and solution-oriented thinkers, strong reporting direction,

• Organization and planning skills,

• Prone to teamwork,

• Strong ability to represent,

• Good team player, disciplined, self-motivated candidates,

JOB DISCRIPTION

• Tracking the shipment of incoming orders,
• Completing the import and export operations in coordination with the customs company,
• Monitoring of import and export processes on ERP,
• Organization of loading and preparation of loading documents,
• Organization of transportation,
• Carrying out price evaluations and finding and evaluating suppliers,
• Preparation of insurance policies,
• Preparation and follow-up of relevant KPIs for supplier assessments,
• Reception of guests from abroad,
• Managing domestic and international telephone traffic,
