GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring the execution and reporting of Access Control activities.

• To report the studies aimed at solving quality problems in production.

• To ensure calibration of measurement, test and test equipment and equipment and to take precautions regarding device safety with their proper use.

• To examine customer complaints, to initiate necessary corrective measures and to inform the manager.

• Experiment design, data analysis, sampling plan, reliability analysis, etc. to report, evaluate and inform the manager by using statistical methods in the works.

• To reject the product and prevent it from entering the business when nonconformity is detected during the entry. Ensuring the preparation of reports on nonconformities/s and informing the relevant departments.

• To ensure that when non-compliance is detected at any stage of the business, it is eliminated. In the stage of taking the finished product to the shipping warehouse, to ensure that the product is rejected and to wait for the non-conforming products at the predetermined places until the final decision is taken.

COMPETENCIES:

• Mechanical Eng. – Material Eng. – Graduated from technical departments such as Mechanical Technician - Measurement and Control Techniques

• Having at least 3 years of technical / quality / service department work experience in the sectoral field,

• Knowing sheet metal machining,

• Knowledge of sheet metal welding

• Having knowledge about Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems

• Able to use measuring tools

• No travel restrictions

• Able to drive (class B driver's license)

• Proactive

• Able to read technical drawing and quality standards

• Preferably with B2 level of English (candidates who can read in English are preferred).

• Having mastered the ISO 9001:2015 AS9100 standard

• Good knowledge and ability to use office software (such as Microsoft Word, Excel…)

• Preferably able to use enterprise resource planning (ERP) programs,
