Job Description

• Coordinating with the maintenance team for total efficiency in maintenance work.
• Developing and implementing the necessary maintenance plans and assisting spare parts supply and process improvement projects
• Planning the necessary maintenance operations, and follow-ups in order to ensure the production process that can fully meet the customer / consumer expectations and coordinating with the other relevant departments
• Developing efficiency-enhancing improvement projects related to equipment management
• Researching and planning necessary otomation and modification projects according to TPM business results
• Organizing maintenance of all equipment in production and carry out control and acceptance operations in spare parts supply
• Determining and giving trainings for operator and maintenance personnel on equipment and engineering system,
• Ensuring that the periodic controls required within the scope of workplace safety are carried out on time and evaluating the results to ensure compliance
• Assisting 5S and TPM trainings by organizing these trainings
• Monitoring energy consumption and developing energy reduction projects

Job Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production and management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Practice and experience in pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical/PLC subjects
• Driver’s licence required
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Initiative taking, team-player and able to adapt fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in AutoCad and Solid programs would be an asset
• Located in Ankara
