Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade or related fields or related field,
• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in relevant field or Accounting/Finance,
• Excellent analytical mind, good with numbers and strong research skills,
• Excellent reporting skills,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Excellent command of MS Office and Google Workspace (working knowledge of SAP is a plus, preferably SAP FI modules),
• Willing to research and explore new ways and best practises of commercial and operational processes,
• Strong ambition and eagerness to learn.

Your Responsibilities:

• Examine the vendor accounts to determine and reporting any records other than regular transactions or if there are no proper entries records to SAP,
• Overseeing the weekly control of the Seller Portal reconciliation reports with the payment list and track the payments,
• Responding to the sellers' inquiries after the payments have been done,
• Ensure that the findings are followed and the root cause is investigated and remedied with the IT Team (after comparing the activities in the reconciliation report to the SAP reports in terms of integrity and accuracy, if a problem is identified),
• Assessing and tracking down issues that arise from the very beginning of the order while collaborating with the Customer Experience and Operations Team (then follow up on the issue and working on the action plan with the manager),
• Entering the necessary information into SAP, during the penalty and campaign cost reflection processes.
