Hepsiburada is looking for a “Senior Budgeting and Reporting Manager” to join its growing Finance Team!

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related departments of universities,
• 10+ years experience in financial controlling and budgeting
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
• Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Big 4 experience is an asset,
• Team-oriented, strong time management and communication skills,
• Improved problem solving skills, result-oriented,
• Wide perspective of both from business side and financial aspects,
• Good understanding of accounting, reporting, budgeting, financial modelling,
• Ability to deal with top management and coordinating between teams,
• Self conducting.

Your Challenge:

• Execute the planning and preparation of annual budget and forecasts; communicating with all business unit owners,
• Implement and run necessary controls in order to ensure that reporting system is running effectively and financials results are correct and true,
• Coordinate the preparation of monthly , weekly financial reports of Hepsiburada Group,
• Advise, direct and coordinate for annual and monthly closing of accounting transactions including the accruals and provisions,
• Analyze financial data, prepare detailed reports, projections and statements and strict to tight deadlines,
• Provide meaningful and valid comments on financial results,
• Collaborate with operation team to understand and guide the business with an appropriate financial point of view,
• Good understanding of accruals and provisions,
• Self-disciplined,
• Hands-on approach,
• Experienced in team management and good delegation, review, follow up and feedback skills.
