Genel Nitelikler

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields,
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Online Operations Management,
  • Experience working within a global brand and with teammates in various times zones is a plus,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Strong communication and inter-personnal skills,
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at various levels with different and converging timelines,
  • Nebim knowledge is a plus.


İŞ TANIMI

Under Armour is looking for a qualified Operations Specialist for our Turkish e-commerce business. This role will drive operational efficiency, support the ongoing operations of the existing businesses and project manage future operational enhancements. This position requires a highly motivated individual to be part of a proactive, responsive and customer focused team. The right candidate possesses analytical and problem-solving skills, strong technical understanding, organizational and people management skills, and the ability to identify and recommend actionable solutions to address issues and improve operational efficiency.

 

As an e-commerce Operations Specialist for Under Armour web site, you will be responsible for the day to day administration, operation, user support:

  • Manage all operational flow from payment to delivery,
  • Partner with the HQ-based development team to increase the effectiveness of the operational workflow,
  • Serve as e-commerce point person for logistics, warehouse, customer service and shipping partners. Partner with teammates to ensure best in class functionality and service,
  • Responsible for monitoring consumer orders including order bank, payment processing, order tracking, and parcel delivery,
  • Own the returns process- identifying best practices and ensuring that returns are processed and refunds issued in a timely fashion,
  • Manage daily and ad-hoc warehouse efficiency and reporting, as well as serve as the point person for any process exceptions.
  • Prepare daily analysis of order reports and follow up on delayed orders with respective functions (IT, Operations, Finance, Customer Service),
  • Prepare weekly reporting of used Payment Methods, Fraud Results and operational KPI's, like On-Time delivery, refund performance, order exceptions (issue handling),
  • Other duties may be assigned as business needs evolve.
