Personal Care Category Supervisor

Job Description:

• Monitor the category performance and take necessary actions to meet company targets,
• Manage the relations with sellers, brands and manage the acquisition process,
• Create overall marketing campaigns with other sales teams & sales planning and coordinate the team accordingly,
• Follow industry, trends, consumer and customer needs to develop strategic action plans suitable for market requirements,
• Optimize category sales performance

Qualifications:

• University graduate,
• Must have experience in e-commerce, especially in personal care category management,
• Experience in FMCG industry is preferred,
• Close relations with main distributors and sellers are preferred,
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Self-motivated and result oriented,
• Multitasking and entrepreneurial thinker,
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• Excellent MS Office skills
