Key Skills:

•       BS degree in Computer Science, Industrial/Management Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
•       Minimum 5 years of experience in project management,
•       Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a variety of audiences.
•       Experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies,
•       Good knowledge about SDLC process,
•       Ability to manage non-software processes such as infrastructure, purchasing etc. if needed,
•       Advanced presentation and facilitation skills

Job Description:

•       Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion processes of projects,
•       Responsible for the project plan development, budget management, time management, risk management, scope management and team management,
•       Coordinates the allocation of available human resources to the projects,
•       Collaborates with the product owner to clarify objectives, scope, project benefits and expectations,
•       Executes the project with an approach to deliver under tight timelines while minimizing risk to customer happiness and product quality,
•       Establishes the tools and processes to track and report on the project health and progress,
•       Anticipates the risks in the project, offer the solutions and actions, mitigate these risks,
•       Communicates all stakeholders project expectation in time and clearly,
•       Acts as the day-to-day project contact to all stakeholders,
•       Coordinates the sprint ceremonies, remove impediments and resolve conflicts.
