Sales Analysis Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supports the sales team and all related departments with the sales data and analysis in order to understand the past performances and plan the future sales,
• Collaborates with sales planning team members in order to create most effective campaign ideas and simulates those ideas so that managers can make decisions based on scenarios, 
• Manages Business Plan process and annual KPI setting with sales team and strategy team 
• Follow up target and budget, 
• Prepare regular sales reports and analysis,
• Prepare simulations and scenarios,
• Plan campaigns and promotions with categories, 
• Make ad-hoc analysis requested by Managers & Directors,
• Perform projects with BI Team. 

 QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate,
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, 
• A good command of written and spoken English, 
• Familiarity with Reporting Tools (especially Microstrategy),
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills,
• Strong communication skills,
• Strong presentation skills, 
• Data visualization skills are a plus, 
• Team player, 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, 
• Multitasking and entrepreneurial thinker.
