      QUALIFICATIONS:

• University graduate in related areas (preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering),
• Minimum 6 years of active testing experience in an agile environment,
• Experience with test case and bug tracking systems such as JIRA and Testrail
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Scrum,
• Attention to detail, strong sense of teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent leadership skills
• Multi-tasking, self-motivated, goal oriented, analytic thinker and eager to learn.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop the team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level or Advanced Level qualification. 
• To raise, track and re-test any defects or issues identified during testing, and fully document them in our Test Management tool. 
• Passion for Automated Testing, Testing Best Practice, Team Collaboration. 
• Understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle. 
• Experience of BDD 
• Experience of SQL and Oracle databases 
• Capable of creating and executing test cases, test runs, test plans, and leading a team to completion 
• Documents test results, analyze those results, and evolves test procedures to be more efficient 
• Understands software testing and leads team to complete job requirements with little supervision 
• Reports to a Test manager 
• Distribute the tasks among the team members 
• Experience at test automation frameworks; Selenium WebDriver
