Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor Degree on Maths, Industrial / Management Engineering, MIS or other related fields
• Minimum  3 years experience
• Experience working directly with IT teams, software vendors and stakeholders to clarify business needs and create user stories in agile approach
• Experience with ERP and/or BPM Software’s Implementation (Logo J-Platform, Bimser eBA knowledge is an asset)
• Experience & Knowledge of Business Processes especially Logistics, Finance, Accounting
• Experience & Knowledge of  Budgeting and Management Reporting processes is an asset.
• SQL knowledge is an asset
• Ability to take the initiative to complete projects and solve business issues
• Ability to prepare UML diagrams such as use case or business flow diagrams
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work based on project timelines and sprint arrangements
• Strong analytic and decision-making skills, usage of analytic tools
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Working in a cross-functional team in an agile (scrum) environment to define, design and ship new features in coordination with the development and business teams
• Working with vendors to implement financial applications such as ERP and BPM Solutions
• Managing vendor and customr relations in terms of backlog management and user support
• Managing the budget of the responsible area  
• Writing user stories with clear acceptance criterias, working with test engineers to define test cases according to these criterias and following all test process closely to be sure about product quality
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new features to maximize product functionality
• Performing daily scrums to control development status both for internal developers and vendor
• Allocating limited resources in the most effective way (based on how customers are reacting to the current product) and setting specifications according to business goals. Preparing benchmark analysis and business cases to decide the prioritization of new features and projects. Building an MVP to make sure all stakeholders and users satisfied
