QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
D-Resort Göcek offers you newly designed up to international luxury standard with Bed&Breakfast concept. Resort provides to its guests an elegant and luxurious concept with its new 103 comfortable rooms that reveal lush gardens and the splendor of the surrounding mountains, as well as one Presidential suite and 6 Revenue Centers.
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Outlet Manager who is enthusiastic at service industry and who must have;
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Outlet Manager who is enthusiastic at service industry and who must have;
- University degree from an accredited university in Tourism, Food Service Management, Business Administration
- At least 2 years in similar or same role
- Having deluxe hotel experience
- Good command of English
- Strong proven leadership abilities, creativity and a vision for quality and excellence in food & beverage operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and customers
- Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively
İŞ TANIMI
Outlet Manager will be responsible for;
- Organizing the restaurant operation within the hotel as directed by the F&B Manager in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage service
- Manage food and beverage sub-departments, i.e., restaurants, room service etc.
- Responsible for guest satisfaction in relation to the food and beverage service
- Develop personnel in the food and beverage department

2 - 5 years of experience
High School(Graduate), Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
