Döhler Turkey is looking for a "R&D Sr. Developer - Health&Nutrition" to be employed in our Karaman Plant with the following qualifications;

Your role

We are looking for a R&D Sr. Developer who will work on production Health&Nutrition segment products and analysis on active compounds inside.

• Searching the relevant literature on the topic and planning product tests,
• Directing the work in harmony with the project schedule in changes based on the cause-effect relationship,
• Reporting, presenting, and sharing outcomes of the R&D project studies across departments and functions,
• Execution and follow-up of systemic works on SAP related to the developed product,
• Leading or participating in Global R&D project for improving and developing related products.

Your profile

• Master Degree in Nutrition and Food Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry,
• Minimum 3 years experience in part of health and nutrition concept product development,
• Having experience in development from idea to product and conceptual design,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Experience of understanding the needs of the market & customer,
• Having knowledge of MS Office Programs and SAP,
• Having experience of usage analytics equipments especially HPLC.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Having a desire to do both experimental and numerical R&D work in a continuously learning and developing manner.
