Döhler Turkey is looking for a "R&D Teamleader" to be employed in our Karaman Plant with the following qualifications;

Your Role

• Leading the extraction and optimisation works on interested cereals (malt, barley, oat etc.) in laboratory and pilot plant, adapting the process into industrial scale,
• Carrying out new product and process developmets for Cereals, Nuts and Pulses,
• Communicating with headquarters and other group sites,
• Working as a solution partner with Factories and Business Units,
• Following improvement analyses, pre-season planning&analysis and new technologies.

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering, Master and Doctorate Degree is preferred,
• Experience in Malt processing (breewing), work in Production or Quality department for 5-8 years,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP are preferred.
