Döhler Turkey is looking for an ‘Investor Relations-Teamleader’ to be located in our Istanbul Maltepe Office.

Your Role 

• Manage relations with CMB, BIST and other regulatory institutions,
• Prepare and publish KAP reports,
• Collect and analyze business and financial data for individual and institutional investors,
• Prepare investor presentations and organize investor conferences,
• Monitor and analyze market developments,
• Keep company web site up to date from investor relations perspective,
• Manage general assembly process.

Your Profile 

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or closely related fields,
• Min. 5 years of experience in investor relations, equity research or corporate finance,
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Strong understanding of financial models utilized for valuation of the company,
• Capital Market Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating Specialist Licenses,
• Confident in data reporting, presentation and analysis,
• High adaptation and accountability skills,
• No military service obligation for male candidates.
