QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Caba İnşaat Energy Tur.San. and Tic. Inc. We are looking for an "Assistant Reservation Manager" to work in the Front Office department of our Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, which has just been taken over by our company.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiar with hotel reservation systems
- Preferably OnQ, Opera, MS Ofis programme knowledge
- Familiar with hotel product and hotel rules & regulations (including Emergency procedures).
- Fluent in both verbal and written English to meet business needs.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Previous experience with reservations in the hotel/leisure sector
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a high-performing team positioned to exceed targets
- Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
- Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to Team Members
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Accountable and resilient
