For the position of Accounting Specialist to be assigned in the Financial Affairs Department;

  • Bs degree in  Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting etc. departments
  • Maximum 3 years experience in the field,
  • Fluent in written and spoken English,
  • The foundation for accounting, accounting procedures and regulations, and uniform chart of accounts in accounting-related transactions,
  • Experienced in e-invoice and e-archive,
  • Experienced in preparing legal declarations (VAT, VAT2, Concise, Stamp, BA-BS etc.),
  • Ability to work fast and result oriented in a dynamic environment with competent reporting skills, strong written and verbal communication,
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge,
  • Ability to use Oracle program effectively,
  • Residing/will be able to reside on Yalova and Karamürsel routes.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conducting and reporting related accounting processes regularly in accordance with legal legislation, company targets and policies, and closely monitoring changes in legislation,
  • Keeping accounting records on time, fully and accurately,
  • Invoicing and managing all related processes,
  • Payroll records,
  • Trial balance, cost center control and follow-up,
  • Making the necessary follow-up and controls to ensure that the accounting processes are carried out smoothly,
  • Carrying out month closing and period end closing transactions,
  • Preparation and notification of VAT, Concise, Temporary Tax, Stamp Duty and Corporate Tax declarations on time,
  • Preparation of financial statements, financial reports and management reports.
