QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelors degree in Chemical or Process Engineering,

•  Minimum 3 years experience in Process Design, Process Improvement, Plant Installation, Commisioning, Start up and Production, Polymer Production, Textile Production, Solvent Distillation, Project Management,

•  Proficiency in written and spoken English,

•  Good knowledge MS Office applications,

•  Preferably has knowledge on Cad Software likes Process, Plant Design & Simulation Softwares,

•  Good communication and coordination skills, competent in teamwork, strong analytical approach, enable a learning approach to solve problems,

•  Residing or to be residing in Yalova or Karamürsel,

•  Having no obstacle for travelling inland or abroad,

•  Having no obstacle to work abroad for DowAksa projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Conceptual design, Mass&Energy Balance, Process Flow Diagram Prep/Rev, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram Prep/Rev,

•  Raw material andutility consumption calculations for alternative investment options,

•  Process Equipment specification and Instrument Process specification Prep/Rev,

•  Process equipment RFQ Prep/Rev,

•  Proposal approval and evaluation for process systems/equipment,

•  To be envolved in HAZOP study for process unit,

•  Standart Operation Procedure Preparation  for new started equipment and Process Plants,

•  Training Document preparation and Training of Plant Supervisors and Operators,

•  Process systems installation control,

•  Be part of Commisioning, Start Up and Handover of the Process Plant Units,

•  Manage engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements,

•  Be part of  technical studies and preparation of cost estimates for project,

•  Be part of preparation of project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements,

•  Manage process related project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems,

•  Run and Supervise the Process Plant operation after start-up to ensure to deliver project targeted metrics in terms of output amount,  quality of the product and consumption figures.
