We are looking for patient coordinators to work with us at our hair transplantation clinic in Nişantaşı.

Job Description:

• To be a coordinator between the patient and the doctor starting from their first contact to our clinic through our website until they go back to their homes.
• To answer all the questions, give pricing information and guide them through their decision period 
• To arrange all the hotel and transfers for the patients
• To accompany them during their stay, help with their medical need in coordination with the doctor
• Follow-up the patient until the results of the operation are final

Features we are looking for:

• Fluent in English
• To be patient, smiling, solution-oriented
• To manage the crisis by using customer relations
• Planning, organization, coordination, follow-up skills
• Giving importance to patient satisfaction
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
