DIGITAL COMMUNICATION MARKETING MANAGER

The Digital Communication Marketing Manager (region/country) is responsible for improving digital marketing performance and the exposure and perception of the Dräger Brand in Digital media in their area of responsibility. This includes the development and active management of the local website(s), local SEM and SEO, all local digital offsite activities, Social Media, eNewsletter and eDM, electronic sales and channel partner support platforms as well as eCommerce solutions.. Therefore they actively participate in developing the local Communications & Sales Marketing concepts and manages the transfer to their area of responsibility. Implementation of the corresponding communication concepts and measures in cooperation with external/internal service providers .They manage the interface with Regional Digital and Communications & Sales Marketing and with local Sales & Service and actively participate in the Communities of Practice for Digital and Communications.

• University graduate from a reputable university
• Min 3 years of professional experience and proven success in digital marketing
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Working hands-on knowledge and understanding of Digital tools such as: email, social media, search marketing, website management systems, web analytics tools
• Comprehensive knowledge in the conception and implementation of digital communication activities in a B2B environment.
• Extensive experience in managing external agencies
• Intercultural experience
• Broad knowledge in project management
• Good communication / presentation skills
• No restriction for travelling abroad
• No military obligation for male candidates
