Job Description

• FGDS project management responsibility,
• Prepare the technical offer including technical specification of the solution, and execution timeline. Also, if necessary participate the site expertise
• Coordinate with Draeger factory and/or outsource partner quotations to get relevant costing of the different package
• Prepare the Cost breakdown for the offer to be reviewed, calculate the forecast Gross Margin and agreed with the Service Manager
• Holding profit & loss responsibility for assigned projects,
• Standing for overall responsibility on project results including budget, financial management of risks, opportunities, claims, scheduling and EHS,
• Analysis of customer requirements and possible deviations in our proposal
• Managing customer requirements
• Managing project finances, customers, risk, opportunities and claims
• Handling the projects throughout the project life cycle until final acceptance
• Giving support to sales departments for FGDS (Fix Gas Detection System) technical part for the projects
• Work in close collaboration with the service team, marketing, Sales team in charge of the opportunity to optimize the offer and realization phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electrical &/ Electronic engineering degrees
• 2-3 years experience in Quotation and/or Project management
• Read, understand and draw electrical drawings (power and control)
• Technical knowledge and site experience for electrical instruments (as gas detectors, flame detectors, control panels for the related systems etc..) in industrial facilities
• Customer, supplier and sub-contractor management experience
• ERP system understanding and usage
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Experience of similar industry
• Team player & Open minded
• Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer and internal & external stake-holders
• Good level of English verbally & written
• No travel restriction,
• Having B class driving license.
