Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Ensures quality support to all infrastructure services for our offices in East Europe region.
• Owns process management and service level agreement reporting for all IT teams, ensuring consistent work and appropriate measures.
• Identifies, communicate, and mitigate risks.
• Maintains infrastructure platforms which are aligned with evolving needs and capabilities ensuring capacity and fit for purpose.
• Understands IT service cost drivers and connects cost of service to consumption drivers and sets price for services based on an understanding of the benchmark service level and price for service in the industry.
• Guides continuous improvement efforts for the infrastructure service delivery.
• Explores opportunities to adopt IT capabilities and reducing our local infrastructure footprint based of rigorous analysis of qualitative and quantitative benefits.Manages third party infrastructure resources and establish an environment for team success.

• Managing the IT infrastructure in-house and using third party suppliers

Role :

• With basic network knowledge (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, TCP / IP, LAN, WAN, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, IP Routing).
• Windows Server Operating Systems and other related application managements and maintenance experience.
• Security protection system, familiar with mainstream anti-virus software, firewall and intrusion device information.
• Having knowledge about Virtual Servers.
• Having knowledge about ERP systems.
• Support and improvement of Microsoft Office 365 services.        
• Support and improvement of Microsoft and VMWare infrastructure, HP network infrastructure, familiar with MPLS and SD-WAN technologies
• Daily usage of incident, problem management and change management tools (i.e., Service-Now)
• Support and improvement of CCM Microsoft client/server concept.
• Support and improvement of network activities including LAN/WLAN/WAN configuration, maintenance and support.
• Support and improvement of printing services and FollowMe print concept.
• Support and improvement of remote access and WFH concept (familiar with Cisco VPN, Forti Client VPN or similar will be an advantage).
• Possess understanding of IT service management.
• Display a strong customer focus background with commercial awareness, understanding the business needs and excellent business judgement in terms of IT infrastructure services.
• Possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills with excellent stakeholder management.
• Can manage relationships across the organisation at multiple levels and departments.
• Ability to self-develop through continuous learning, sharing best practices, knowledge, and expertise.
• Position will be located in Silivri-Selimpaşa.
• Excellent Turkish and English, both written and verbal, knowledge.
