Position Qualifications 

We are looking for a “Production Engineer” with the following qualifications and reporting to the Plant Manager in our Gebze Plant

• Ensure that production, SHE (safety, health and environment), engineering, warehouse & dispatching and security functions are properly executed.
• Make sure that DSM personnel and contractors effectively perform their responsibilities in accordance with the rules & guidelines.
• Follow local laws & regulations and DSM requirements concerning SHE topics about production plant and prepare related reports. Ensure that necessary permit applications are carried out on time. Plan and perform trainings about SHE topics
• Be in communication with DSM SHE management personnel, attend meetings, prepare related reports, and execute corrective actions.
• Plan and organize maintenance activities in the plant.
• Plan and report purchasing needs of the plant.
• Manage supplier relations for process control system and production equipments.
• Ensure that security and control systems function properly.

Knowledge and educational level

-      At least bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering

-      At least 1-2 years experience in process flow charts, systems and safety&health&environment

-      Eager to work in production environment and the second shift
