Tasks and responsibilities: 

• Service Desk & Helpdesk: incident processing and resolution, documentation in the Tickets Tool,
• Plan, design and develop our IT environment,
• Collaborate on local, regional as well as global projects related to the IT support team,
• Contribute to the automation of operational departments,
• Manage our computer systems,
• Support to our remote delegations remotely or physically is this is necessary,
• Report to the Senior team leader in the region,
• General Knowledge of basic devices ( Cisco Phones , AP , Mobiles, Printers, Label Printers, HandScanners… ),
• Helping the organisation adopt new technologies and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Higher Degree Formative Cycle or FPII related with IT technologies,
• Between 5 and 10 years of minimum experience in a similar role,
• Experience in a multinational environment is a plus,
• Advanced English Level. Mandatory,
• Great communication skills,
• Versatile person.
