Duuple is a new mobile app built to empower people to do good in the world. The Duuple app allows you to create challenges that engage people in actions that can raise awareness of a certain issue or fundraise for a certain cause. Our mission is to provide a fun platform for social innovators and organizations to empower each other and their communities, donate to causes and advocate for issues that matter. Our vision is to ignite people to take action and give everyone an opportunity to become an agent of change.

Qualifications :

·Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial engineering, business, system analysis with related business discipline experience,

·In IT sector 3-6 years of experience in Project Management and related responsible positions

·PMP Certification or equivalent experience is a plus,

·Using Asana tools for tracking the projects and ensuring that they are utilized by the team as well,

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·Ability to work independently with little supervision,

·Ability to manage IT projects in accordance with project management principles,

·Ability to coordinate or run multiple projects.

Job Description :

·Should have hands on experience leading, planning, managing and directing multiple complex software projects,

·Coordinate cross-functional teams with business divisions, corporate services, and external vendors on projects,

·Excellent communicator, able to manage stakeholders’ expectations at all levels and in particular, comfortable with providing updates to senior management,

·Play a key role in the delivery of ongoing and new development initiatives,

·Work with all departments involved to ensure all project activities are completed per plan,

·Develop, improve and maintain a competitive and productive software development lifecycle

·Support the Software Quality Assurance process

·Tracks project progress with respect to time, budget and demonstrated results. Identifies variances from plan and ensuring mitigating actions are agreed and in place,

·Able to develop and deliver high quality documentation in support of the project
