Accounting Associate

We are looking for a Accounting Associate to be located in our Altunizade head office. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas, such as Finance, Economics, Business Administration.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially excel) and SAP FI Modules,  
• Strong analysis and reporting skills,
• Good command of English, 
• Teamwork, dynamic and be able to produce quick solutions,  
• Time management and multitasking skills and ability work with deadlines,
• No military obligation for male candidates
  

Responsibilities

• Performing daily general accounting transactions, making all the accounting entries related with BS and Income statement 
• Bookkeeping on the SAP FI and MM modules, 
• Execution of E-Invoice and E-Archive Invoice processes in a timely and complete manner
• Provides control and bookkeeping of personnel expenses, 
• Assist in month end closing, 
• Perform inventory and fixed asset related tasks for monthly accounting close.
• To be responsible for suppliers’ and intercompany account reconciliations monthly and quarterly basis.
• Preparation of monthly tax declaration VAT,VAT2,Stamp Tax, Withholding Tax, BA/BS declarations according to the statutory tax rules.
• Supporting routine reporting process when needed
