QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “Assistant Brand Manager” to be employed in its Altunizade HQ.
- Assist and implement marketing, innovation and communication strategies and marketing plans for the area of responsibility to increase brand awareness
- Coordinate with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure consistency with the product line strategy
- Follow the market dynamics and competition with research reports and prepares analyses based on research data. Develop recommendations and action plans accordingly
- Follow the annual sales & marketing budgets
- Support product development activities and packaging design projects closely working with R&D, production and procurement teams
- Manage digital marketing (social media and digital campaigns)
- Responsible for in-store communication and shopper communication of the campaigns, closely working with sales team
- Coordinate events, sampling activities, promotions and other BTL projects with agencies
- Responsible from developing efficient relations with agencies and related 3rd parties to deliver results
- Consumer and customer focus with a genuine curiosity, ability to uncover relevant insights and translate these into actionable plans
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferably Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering and / or Marketing Management major
- At least 1 year of experience in Brand Management preferably in FMCG sector
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Being self-initiative and challenge driven
- Dynamic professional with strong communication skills
- Aspiration towards a strong and authentic business sense and the real desire to achieve target
- Ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English
