Human Resources Associate

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for a Human Resources Associate to be employed in our HQ in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field,
• Minimum 2 years work experience in HR department,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good written and verbal communication skills,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP HR Module,
• Strong analysis and reporting skills,
• Well organized and good planning skills,
• Continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct search and selection, recruitment processes (job ads, pre-screening, interview scheduling, offer process),
• Taking active role in other HR regular functions such as onboarding processes, making organization charts, preparing job descriptions,
• Support and take active role in the targeted HR projects,
• To provide the necessary support to the departments by following the performance period from beginning to end,
• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures,
• Collecting, organizing, and storing employee related information,
• Responsible for following staff training and development needs, and for planning, organising and overseeing approppriate training.
