Production Associate

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an ‘’Production Associate” to be in Adana Plant. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Coordinating and controling production activities in the area of responsibility
• Creating the necessary infrastructure to standardize production processes.
• Ensuring that the planned productions is carried out on time.
• Monitoring the parameters related to the production operation, manages the process, follows the statistical data
• Identifing the needs for personnel development and ensures coordination in matters that increase communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in the Food or mechanical engineering department of universities,
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
• Preferably used the SAP,
• Good command of English,
• Having knowledge of production processes, business analysis and efficiency calculations,
• Working in harmony and coordination with the team with strong communication skills,
• Being solution-oriented with an innovative perspective
• Having basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety issues
• Live/can live in Adana
