QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for a “Sales Development Executive” to be employed in its Traditional Channel Development team. 

Job Description

  • Taking responsibility in activities to increase sales for Traditional Channel and Local Channel Customers
  • Cooperating with the distributors and dealers in the assigned region in order to reach sales targets and carry out sales processes
  • Managing field activities to ensure that dealers meet their sales targets on an annual and quarterly basis
  • Monitoring the performance of distributor sales team and motivating them to reach targets for the company products
  • Analyzing market dynamics, following up competitors and reporting on defined KPI’s
  • Following up launches/re-launches and making sure that the field is in line with company strategy
  • Understanding customer needs by periodic visits and offering solutions and support
  • Organizing and coordinating sales representatives’ schedules
  • Reporting shelf prices in specified format and in time


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a relevant department of universities
  • At least 3 years of sales experience preferably in FMCG and beverage sector in Traditional Channel
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English
  • Active Driver-B Class
  • Good at social relationship and communication also good team player
  • Analytical thinker, result oriented and challenge driven personality
  • High capability to make plans and coordinate tasks
  • No restriction of travelling
  • Completed military service for male candidates
