Senior Brand Associate

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “Senior Brand Associate” to be located in our HQ Altunizade. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Setting brand strategies and create marketing plans to support brands in parallel with company strategies,
• Analyzing marketing data (market share campaign results, conversion rates etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies,
• Developing media communication for brands and corporate identity (TV, digital, outdoor, radio and press etc.),
• Generating design work for all above the line and below the line programs,
• Developing consumer promotions and instore activities in coordination with sales & pricing teams,
• Being responsible for social media management for brands,
• Following global and local trends for launching innovative products in a strong collaboration with R&D teams,
• Optimize the product mix to help reaching sales and profitability targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably Business Administrative, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Marketing Management major,
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing,
• At least 2 years of experience in FMGG sector,
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills,
• Effective communication and coordination skills,
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving and negotiation skills,
• Full understanding of marketing functions and best practices,
• Experience of team management,
• Fluency in English.
