Senior Quality Assurance Associate

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “Senior Quality Assurance Associate” to be in our Hendek Plant. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• To ensure the continuity of production of high quality and reliable products in our water filling plants and Carbonated Minerel Water plants.
• To follow and control the implementation of all quality product production measures in accordance with the legislation and the current procedure and instructions.
• To carry out, coordinate and support processes in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System and other defined instructions and standards.
• To ensure that the necessary examination, control, chemical and bacteriological analyzes are carried out in all process steps, starting from the source of the water, until the loading of the product from the shipping iscompleted.
• To make/have quality analyzes done and to ensure that the results are recorded in accordance with the legislation.
• To implement the Quality Management System and Food Safety requirements by guiding the auditors in the audits of the relevant ministries, to eliminate the suggested deficiencies, to offer improvement suggestions and to actively participate in the planned improvement works.
• To examine and report incoming customer complaints, to produce solutions by cooperating with the necessary departments.
• Responsible for the training and development processes of the task team
• To ensure that processes are carried out in accordance with Dydo Occupational Safety Standards, and to participate in studies to be carried out in this scope.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Food or Chemical Engineering departments of universities.
• To have knowledge about food safety management systems (TSE 22000, ISO 9001, BRC etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of sectoral experience
• Having a minimum of 5 years of experience
• To have completed their military service for male candidates
• Have a good command of spoken and written English
• Being able to use SAP andMS Office (Word, Excel,Powerpoint) programs well
• Have competencies such as system development, taking responsibility, being proactive, result-oriented,*inclined to teamwork, problem solving and effective time managementandcommunication
• To be able to interpret data statistically.
• Ensuring that the relevant legislation is followed and implemented into the system
• No travel restrictions
