Business Process Expert(Hybrid)

EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for Business Process Expert to support our growing local and international business in the Sales and Marketing Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline, with a strong interest in / affinity with Strategic Sales.Or, an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job,
• Minimum of 5 years of job-specific hands-on work experience in the area of the cross-functional disciplines of Sales and Service processes,
• Minimum of 5 years job specific hands-on work experience with SAP S/4 Hana and SAP C4C,
  
• Can demonstrate professional growth and achievement. Prior work experience in a manufacturing organization of comparable size, business diversity, scope, and complexity a plus,
  
• Knowledge of the principles, techniques, and methodologies of project management, quality management, and change management,
  
• Ability to quickly identify and analyze technical risks & impacts and define alternatives & prioritizations to remove process roadblocks. Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently in a fast-paced environment,
  
• Must be willing to learn new SAP modules, applications, and technologies (e.g. SAP Cloud Platform).
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Help grow Sales Global Processes (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Quote to Order conversion, and related Account / Contact Management) through continuous improvement loops with Business stakeholders,
  
• Prepare detailed process modeling, preparation of training material, and enable business readiness workshops and solution walkthroughs,

• Support key user enablement, and preparation of GAPs for GPO approval,
  
• For specifically assigned projects, not in Sales and Marketing, actively contribute input to the different project management activities as requested by the project manager to ensure these are all executed on time and in a quality manner,
• Prepare status reports for strategic reporting,
  
• Work with the business community to continually assess process gaps, prepare documentation and drive resolution with the related GPO.
