HSE Team Leader

EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for HSE Team Leader to support our growing local and international business in HSE Department. 

• University degree in mechanical, industrial, environmental engineering,
• Minimum 10 years experience in a similar position preferably with international companies,
• Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and HSE processes,
• Has a "B certification" in H&S,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary environment,
• No restriction on travel,
• No military service obligation for male candidates,
• Residing in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli Gebze/ Çayırova/ Darıca.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain the ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 management system within the company and service centers,
• Organizing meetings with related departments in terms of HSE,
• Organizing the HSE training programs,
• Participate in the HSE audits and inspection programs within the company and service centers,
• Preparation of Management Review meetings and internal audits,
• Monitor toolbox talks and periodically attend safety meetings,
• Prepare and submit weekly & monthly HSE reports on all aspects to the General manager,
• Initiate and coordinate the investigation team in establishing the root cause of any incident, as necessary, and to ensure that corrective and preventive actions have been established and implemented,
• Ensure the HSE management system is in line with the requirements of customer, statutory, regulatory and corporate HSE,
• Conduct gap analysis on compliance obligations pertaining to HSE and report to Operations Director,
• Managing risks and opportunities for the HSE fields,
• Taking an active role in promoting a HSE culture among employees; improving employee participation in HSE management,
• Managing and reporting incidents and non-conformities by effective investigation and corrective action planning,
• Participate in Machine Safety checks according to EB HSE checklists,
• Organizing HSE Committee meetings and monitoring the actions,
• Advise on the practical implementation of EB HSE standards. Ensure the practical implementation of the measures contained in all sites and service centers.
