EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for Sales Engineer to support our growing local and international business in Sales Department.                                               

• University degree in Engineering Departments (Preferably Mechanical Engineering),
• At least 3 years of experience in a related area,
• SAP Knowledge is Plus,
• Excellent knowledge of English,
• Skills in Business Development and Negotiation,
• Customer-oriented,
• Exceptional presentation skills,
• Open to travel frequently, have a driving license,
• Self-confident and communicative professional,
• Self-motivated and team-oriented,
• Detailed oriented with profound time management and planning skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Establishing close, positive, long-term, and professional relations with customers through structured and planned regular visits,
• Develop and implement agreed sales strategies for the assigned territory,
• Aggressively develop the Mechanical Seals Business in the region,
• Work as part of a strong and cohesive sales structure,
• Ensure new technologies and products are effectively introduced to the market,
• Understand, meet and carry customer expectations,
• Providing required activity reports to management,
• Track customer calls and provides reports accordingly using the CRM tool,
• Participation in sales activities as corporate with the sales department.
