Service Applications Engineer

EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for Service Engineer (EMEA) to support our growing local and international business in Technical Department.

• Completed technical studies or training as a mechanical engineer or similar,
• Several years of professional experience in design, service or reliability engineering are required,
• Good knowledge of English is essential,
• Good command of MS Office Applications,
• Good SAP knowledge / PS module
• Strong communication skills and team oriented,
• No restriction for travelling,
• Active driver,
• Resident in Asian part of Istanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Technical clarification of orders related to service job requirements (customer contact if required),
• Advising on findings and suggesting suitable modifications for service orders,
• Preparation of technical offers and cost estimates for service orders,
• Clarification of required engineering activities (design calculations & modifications) with engineering,
• Handling of service orders in the SAP-PS module,
• Creation of new material master data,
• Definition of required documentation in systems such as ADAM, ETO Checklist, SAP,
• Creation of guidelines for service engineering.
