Technical Sales Support Engineer

EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for Technical Sales Support Engineer to support our growing local and international business in Sales and Marketing Department.        

• University degree in Engineering Departments (Preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
• At least 2-3 years experience in a similar position with machine elements
• Good knowledge of English and German is essential
• Good command of MS Office Applications
• Strong communication, co-ordination skills and team oriented
• No restriction for travelling
• Completion of military service for male candidates
• Resident in Asian part of Istanbul or Kocaeli / Gebze / Çayırova / Darıca
   

JOB DESCRIBTION

• Support of project work within the sales organizations
• Prepare of quotations receive, processing and control inquiries
• Updating price lists, installing custom data in ERP and CRM
• Registration processing and control customer complaints
• Process credit notes for approvals in according with the qualitatives
• Communicate with customers regarding verbal law
• Cooperate with Germany Area Sales Manager & ISS in daily business
• Maintaining project records and files to ensure latest information
• Performing other project tasks as need
• Providing required activity reports to management
