QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ECE Türkiye Proje Yönetimi A.Ş is part of ECE group, which has been developing, planning, constructing, leasing and managing large inner city shopping centers since 1965. As ECE Türkiye Proje Yönetimi A.Ş. we are currently managing and leasing out 12 Shopping Centers and also developing and realizing Shopping Center projects.


We are looking for dedicated , qualified and experienced professional for the following position;

Facility Management Specialist

İŞ TANIMI

The candidate should have;
  • University degree,
  • Very good spoken and written English,
  • Good computer skills in MS Office,
  • 2-3 years of Audit experience is an asset,
  • Analytical thinker and team player with strong communication skills, result oriented and self initiator,

The candidate will be responsible for the following Facility Management activities;

Supply Chain
  • Consolidation of supply chain procedures
  • Support to the optimization of purchasing activities
  • Support tı the budget comparisons of purchasing activities
  • Follow-up and support of supplier contracts with Mall Management team
  • Preparation of central proposals
Cost Management
  • Calculation of common area cost with reference to legal requirement
  • Calculation and analysis of the cost per sqm
  • Preparation of monthly cost analysis including comparison of budget to actual
  • Follow-up and analysis monthly cost with Mall Management Team
  • Reconciliation of monthly cost with Landlord Accounting Team
  • Follow-up and control of monthly progress payment cost of outsource company
Budget & Reporting
  • Preparation and follow-up of the annual operation budget,
  • Supporting the Mall Management Team with the budget ralated issue
  • Preparation and follow-up of quarterly budget forecast report
  • Following of monthly analysis of budget variances in terms of Budget-Actual comparison
  • Preparation other ad-hoc reporting requested by the management and landlord
