Ecolab is searching for Associate Procurement Specialist (Temporary)  for future opportunities within Turkey, Istanbul office.

What Will You Do:

• Manage master data related to assigned purchased goods and services and execute department procedures and develop ways to automate transaction activity
• Obtains data from external and/or internal sources/analyzes data for completeness and accuracy
• Takes appropriate action to correct errors and implement changes in processes to stop errors from occurring
• Data entry into a database or ERP system. May be required to handle confidential data relating to suppliers or business operations
• Manages all pricing and blocked invoices for assigned purchased goods and services
• Acts as the go to person/subject matter expert for problems and questions
• Getting knowledgeable about tracking and reporting spreadsheets used within the Procurement team
• Aggregate, format, & clean data from multiple sources enabling insights and analytics for the sourcing team
• Manage urgent ad hoc and routine analytical requests to meet the needs.
• Prepare presentations and reports intended for internal and external audiences

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Fresh graduate or mostly 2 years experience
• Advanced computer skills, i.e. MS Office, SAP, Web Tools & Applications
• English proficiency is a must.
• Result orientation, flexible, reliable and autonomous personality
• Team player; collaborative and able to work in cross functional teams
