What You Will Do:
- As part of our international growth we are recruiting a Field Service Engineer based in Istanbul to cover South of Europe and South of America.
- Your mission is to assist the technicians of the local dealers to solve the technical malfunctions encountered. You will help them in their diagnosis, repair methods, use of tools and technical documents.
- Travel all over your area, focusing on resolving outstanding issues and / or coordination of upgrades and/or installation.
- Responding effectively and professionally to all customer requests ensuring that Service manager is informed.
- Maintaining personal stock of parts and carry out monthly inventory checks as required.
- Maintaining clear and accurate service reporting for all work carried out.
- Informing the Service Manager of all serious customer complaints and escalations.
- Taking the initiative to continually enhance and develop knowledge and understanding of the complete product range
- Support commercial action through your technical expertise.
- Realization of activity reports on time
- Perform the technical training for the distributors.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Educated in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Electro-mechanical or equivalent.
- High level analytical skills, demonstrate adaptability, be able to work autonomously and have good interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with the customer.
- Basic knowledge of automation systems
- Basic knowledge of Network and Communication Technology using TCP/IP, networks and other communication media is preferred
- Home office job
- Strong mobility required (80%)
- A minimum of 3 years experiences in a position with a strong focus on trouble shooting
- Stress resistant, independency, accurate, able to work with multiple stakeholders
- Driver license
- With the ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, you will be self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Multi-language, international & intercultural experience.
- English, language is essential for this post.
