Ecoplas Otomotiv is producing interior and exterior plastic parts for Automotive Industry in 2 different production plants in Gebze and Sakarya for OEM's in Turkey and Europe. We are entering Automotive Electronic parts business, and installing Best-in-Class SMT Equipments in our Gebze Plant in clean room environment. Our group company Ecotron Electronics will focus on BMS for EV Battery, Current Shunt sensor, DC/DC Converters and other electronic parts mainly for Electrical Vehicles.

We are looking for Electronic Design Team Leader to shape the future together.

Responsibilities 

• Manage Electronic Engineering team in the company

• Coordination of system level requirements with the customer and inside company

• Product and feature definition with customers from acquisition to SOP 

• Safety analysis and safety documentation of parts during the concept and system design phase

• Communication with your interface partners at the OEM / customers

• Responsible for the Electronic parts sign-off / release for production 

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (preferably Master’s  qualifications)

• At least 5 years of experience in automotive electronic systems

• Preference for working in teams, confident personality, good leadership and excellent communication skill in English. Highly motivated, willing to take responsibility and ownership of a project  

• Knowledge on power electronics, algorithm/software, automotive grade electrical components, HW Architecture, Schematic & PCB Layout Design (experience in Altium Designer) 

• Knowledge on Battery Management System, Current Shunt sensor, DC/DC Converters, USB chargers and other automotive electronic parts 

• Experience with Functional Safety (ISO26262), EMC optimization,  Automotive communication networks (CAN, LIN)

• Experience of at least one full design lifecycle (from initial design to validation)
