Financial Controller

• Minimum Bachelors degree in finance / accounting or controlling
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Experience in controlling and performance measurement in a manufacturing company
• Very good English language in word and writing, German language is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in international business 
• A proactive and independent posture
• Able to cope with stress
• Commercial mind set / entrepreneurial spirit is an advantage
• Hands on and target related
• No restrictions for travel
• SAP knowledge is an advantage

 Financial Controlling Staff Responsibilities:

• Preparing the Month end closing and the all the related reportings and reporting to Financial Controlling Manager
• Being in touch to Controlling Department in HQ
• Joining to warehouse counting every month 
• Preparing the production costs together with related departments
• Reviewing the orders and sale results and reporting to Financial Controlling Manager 
• Responsible for annual report / year end close process
• Organizing the needs for annual audit
• Joining to budgeting process
• Following the realized sales and costs and comparing to the budget
