QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Efesan Group, which has a strong and dynamic structure with 47 years of experience and knowledge history, operates in the fields of iron and steel, foundry, real estate, construction and port operations with 6 successful companies. Ferro Döküm, one of the pioneer companies in the iron casting sector with its 47 years of knowledge and experience, joined Efesan Group in 2007 with a strong and dynamic structure, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist in our plant in Gebze, Kocaeli

  • Bachelor degree in relative fields (Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering & Industrial Engineering is an asset)
  • Minimum 10 years experience in related task
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English must (French and German is an asset)
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, ·
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, competent in teamwork, strong analytical approach, analytical mind set from problem definition to problem solving. 
  • Strong willingness to take initiative, self learning, researching on different and new topics. 
  • Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul (E5 Route) or Gebze, Darıca & Çayırova.
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Casting / Automotive Supplier Industry experience (preferred),

Job description 

  • To receive and follow up orders for current business with domestic and overseas customers Managing relations with customers, 
  • To carry out operations that will contribute to the promotion of the company, 
  • To ensure the communication of the customers with the company to whom his/her responsible, where required, 
  • To make customer visits at different times, plans the visits of the customers to company and supervises the customers during the visits, 
  • To make Market research 
  • To keep the customer parts stock level at the desired level in line with the strategic target of the company
  • Prepares annual demand sales and delivery plans, updates them in monthly sliding orders. updates in sliding method.

Preferred Candidate

5 - 8 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced) German(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good) French(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
