Ege Profil has been established in 1981, is the leader of the Turkish PVC Profile Sector, continues its investment activities empowered by its brand history over a quarter of a century. Our Company operates in the PVC profile sector under four brands, namely Egepen Deceuninck, Winsa, Pimapen and Inoutic. The facility in İzmir (Menemen), with its indoor area of 80,000 sqm2 and a machinery park of a capacity of 100,000 tons, the Kocaeli (Kartepe) plant is dedicated to the Winsa and Pimapen products with an indoor area of 34,000 sqm2 and a machinery park with a capacity of 45,000 tons. Moreover, all brands have individual Regional Directorates in İzmir, İstanbul, Ankara and Adana.

In order to support our growing organization, we are looking for IT Responsible for İzmir plants who fulfills the following requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other IT-related engineering degrees,
• Advance level of English both written & oral, 
• Strong understanding and interest of IT operations, dynamics, frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL).
• Familiar with Networking, IT Infrastructure, incident & problem management
• Who have no obstacle to traveling, Driver License B preferable.
• You have a problem-solving mindset and act in a customer friendly way.
• You are stress-resistant and always remain customer-focused and friendly.
• Good analytical skills with attention for details.
• ISO/ECC 27001 and KVKK knowledge will preferable.
• Candidates who have the good knowledge and comprehension of the Network concepts like VLAN, routing & switching and variety of protocols and services particularly TCP/IP and related ones such as DNS, DHCP can be preferable.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• As IT Support Engineer you will join the IT Infrastructure team of an entrepreneurial company, within an international environment.
• Responsible for first line helpdesk (Service Desk and ticket management) using the Topdesk tool.
• Support for incidents reported by end-users by finding the root cause of issues and solving problems.
• Avoid down time for systems and interruptions for end-users.
• Provide technical support to the organization’s internal users: hardware (desktops, laptops, IP connectivity, internal telephony system, CCTV).
