QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

EGGER stands for sustainable growth; we are an international company with more than  10,100 employees in 8 countries and 60 years of experience in the wood industry. One of the most important factors that enable us to grow continuously is our successful teamwork. We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as Human Resources Specialist - Payroll in our EGGER Gebze Plant, which produces plastic edgebanding.

Qualifications

  • We do not simply look for employees. We seek talented professionals who share our values.
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields,
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in payroll related functions,
  • Excellent written and conversational skills in English,
  • SAP knowledge is an asset,
  • Good command of MS Office applications, especially Excel,
  • Self-motivated and have business mind-set with strong analyze skills,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Living in Gebze, İzmit, İstanbul Anatolian Side (İdealtepe-Cevizli-Atalar-Kartal-Sahilyolu-Pendik-E5-Roma Plastik), (Acıbadem, E5, Roma Plastik)

Job Description

  • Supporting payroll processes,
  • Responsible for monthly KPI reports and all others
  • Responsible for compensation and benefits studies
  • Organize and managing all discipline related topics and disciplinary committee,
  • Responsible for digital payroll related systems
  • Support projects and translations
  • Acting as a key user and manage and develop SAP and time management system, with international SAP team in HQ and consultants,
  • Performing and controlling data entries related employee, payroll and time management,
  • Responible for blue collar employee relations
  • Prepare execution and work accident documents, carry out notifications,
  • Follow-up and to provide necessary documentation of annual leave, sickness, status change etc.,
  • Responsible for international work permit procedures
  • Keeping documentation, employee files and necessary records
